ownFSBO is a product of Axiom ("we", "us"). We built this service to help homeowners sell their own homes and — when it makes sense — give those same homeowners the option of a direct cash offer from us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you create an account: your name, email, phone number, and state of residence. When you use the FSBO tools: your home address, square footage, bedrooms, photos, and the text of any buyer or offer messages you paste in. When you request a cash offer: everything above plus your rough estimate of the home's value and any photos you upload.

How we use it

To run the tools you asked us to run (pricing, listing draft, etc.). Your inputs are sent to our AI model provider (Anthropic) only for the duration of the request.
To let you pick up where you left off on your dashboard.
If you request an offer, to contact you about that offer — by phone, email, or SMS at the numbers you give us.
To send occasional product emails (you can opt out at any time from your account page or by replying "STOP").

What we don't do

We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't list your information with marketing firms. We don't share your home details with competing investors.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how people use the site so we can improve the product. This is product analytics, not advertising. PostHog records page views, clicks, and other in-app events, and — on authenticated pages only — captures anonymized session recordings with all form input fields masked (email, password, phone, address, and anything you type into a text input is never captured in the recording itself). PostHog events are keyed to a random session ID until you sign in, then associated with your user ID so we can distinguish a new user from a returning one. We do not sell this data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build cross-site profiles. You can opt out by emailing us at privacy@ownfsbo.com and we will suppress your user ID from future capture.

If you'd prefer to block tracking at the browser level, any standard content blocker (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, Brave Shields) will block our PostHog calls without affecting site functionality.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to run the service: Supabase (database, auth, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI model for the tools), Resend (transactional email), Twilio (operator SMS alerts — see our SMS opt-in page), Google (Apps Script mirror of leads into our internal ops sheet), and PostHog (product analytics, described above). We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You can delete your account, export your data, or correct anything that's wrong by emailing privacy@ownfsbo.com. California and EU residents have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR respectively — same address, same response time (10 business days).
